1. You will not be charged at this stage. This will create a request that will be sent to us. Sun State Party Rentals will contact you to confirm and send you a quote.
2. Once you receive and accept the quote, you will be required to pay 25% of the invoice. Upon receipt of this payment, we will reserve the rental products for your event date. Please note that if the 25% payment is not made, your items may not be held.
3. We will send a reminder 24-48 hours before your selected reservation date to verify time, location, and any delivery instructions provided during checkout.
4. Full payment of items can be paid in advance, or is due upon delivery. No exceptions will be made.
5. After your event, we will schedule pickup of the rental items using the Return date provided on your reservation.
